      Lack of consistency in hiring and promotion practices across branches. Promotions do not always happen on merit. Need to update shared bonus goals and compensation to match current market challenges & outlook. Some bonuses are tied to things 100% out of individual control.

      Depending on team at location, can be a smooth day to day work environment. Flexibility on how you want to work.

      Cons

      Frustrating Commission Structure - Must fight for every dollar earned without assistance from management. Continuous deductions in payout each year. Cheap - Minimal annual raises for frontline (2.5% on a record year for company). Used reducing "carbon footprint" as an excuse to remove company vehicles for financial benefits.
