Old school management in India who have hardly worked outside Elevator Industry .Chennai centric organisation still follows age old ways of doing thing ..Extremely slow company in processes and policies . Kone introduces any employee favor policy many years after other companies already have done it . Quarterly incentive are given two month after quarter which is not justified and should be informed by HR in interview . No voluntary PF policy . Very inactive HR whose bosses sit in Chennai so they are least bothered what happens in other offices . Six months probation with just six leaves and each leave is counted for and pay is cut if leave crosses six on probation . 45+ year old school people in senior management who are least bothered to think creatively . Mostly you will see people from Jaat community in Haryana in most of the teams . Very small offices as they expect people to be in field but the managers micromanage their teams and ask them to come to office which creates space problem and HR is hardly bothered .They just say flexible working for the name of it however very judgemental old managers who make you feel guilty if you leave for meeting or come late . Business head throws unnecessary pressure all the time and directly reviews people under managers all the time wherever he sees them which is outrightly wrong .
