      Pros

      If you are committed, driven and ambitious, the company definitely provides opportunities to grow and take new roles. Very international company.

      Cons

      Everyone is very overworked. We also receive more work tasks and responsibilities but with the same or less people. Of course you have to take your own responsibility of your worklife balance but I do not believe we talk about it enough and very many are overwhelmed with the expectations and work tasks.

      Nice office and some staff can be friendly

      Cons

      Senior Leadership Team and Directors can be misleading and unsupportive. HR are only there to protect the brand not the people. A very toxic culture.
