A lot of control of your schedule, a lot of autonomy in the job.

Cons

management ignores decisions that are practical in exchange for ones that make employees work significantly more complicated. They have no problem doubling your work load, and making work processes more difficult with no additional pay. - management changed bonuses so that calculations make them 75% lower.
