I loved my job, got paid fairly, and great company atmosphere.

Cons

Too much office politics. I loved my work culture, but sometimes there was too much emphasis on appeasing others at the expense of growth.

Pros

Working with good, quality people. When the interview process didn't take two weeks so the candidate had already moved on. Cutting edge technology, which could burn sometimes as well. Relaxed work environment.

Cons

Standards didn't apply to upper management. Promotions were few and far between. Too much analysis paralysis and constant requirements changing on all products. Too many meetings went on, hard to get things done. People let go because Vane "doesn't run a failing company." Lack of trust in people and not utilizing the correct technologies.

Projects are carefully planned to avoid employee overtime and improve customer satisfaction on delivered products. KPA encourages employees take time to become certified. KPA takes time to recognize employees outstanding efforts.

Cons

Working near the approach or takeoff flight path of a major airport. No endless free food like Google has. No time to work on individual projects like Google has.
