Pros

People like working here, the pay is ok for some roles, the management is competent, location is good.

Cons

For some reason we find it cute and funny to make fun of other companies in our building. There is a dress code document that specifically pokes at another company. Who does this? And specifically in Portland?? Why have an office in Portland if you can't appreciate Portland's unique ways. This is a massive cultural flaw and reflects poorly on leadership.

No micromanaging, they trust you to get your job done. Fantastic management. Pay is competitive to market. The ability to succeed and grow is possible as long as you want it.

Cons

Downtown Seattle location is a pain to commuters.
