I've been with KPFF since I graduated from college over 20 years ago. There's not a better consulting engineering firm for those that are looking for a supportive business organization structured to foster individual growth. I've been able to transition through the various stages of the first half of my career at KPFF and have come to realize that we truly have a unique culture that's focused on client service and staff development built on trust. Those that succeed here over the long-term are consistently hungry to learn and develop, smart in how they interact with clients and staff, and are humble. Being surrounded by people like that in the early stages of your career can have a big impact on how you develop.

No cons. The benefits are much better than described in some reviews. KPFF has a dental plan!
