-good pay -good time off

Cons

- Incredibly poor management - No training for new employees - Work is not reviewed by managers for months at a time - Management does not communicate well in any aspect. Not accessible, no employee feedback, doesn’t follow through on action items - Poor workload distribution. Some people have no work for prolonged periods and some have way too much - Detached culture, can go weeks without speaking to some coworkers even in a tiny office - Not many opportunities for career advancement

Great place to lay the foundation (no pun intended) to being a great engineer! You will learn a lot in a short amount of time.

Cons

Weird corporate culture. I just cringe at the podcast listeners, self help books, etc.
