Pros

The pay and the knowledge of the how to survey is there but its not relayed to any one at all.

Cons

The guys don't communicate very well. They don't ask you to go out of town, you just get an email saying you have a hotel conformation. They tell you to work harder but they don't tell what you need to work harder at and the crew chiefs don't talk to you really. THEY JUST DONT COMMU IRATE AT ALL!!!!

Friendly, open atmosphere. People are always willing to help each other in this company. Flat organization. Has the feeling of a startup while having the discipline of a larger company.

Cons

Ability to move up is difficult given that this company is a flat organization that prides itself on that fact.

Pros

Lots of different opportunities in respect to both engineering and construction administration. Office has a lot of experience and everyone is willing to help and give feedback. Company sponsored lunch forums and seminars and subsidized gym membership. Flexibility of working locations and a "as-long-as-it-gets-done" attitude. Casual dress code in office.

Cons

No 401k matching. Employees are sometimes passed around as commodities or passed over due to lack of experience. Flat structure means you could be here a long time and still have a low-ranking title. Some projects have crazy deadlines that necessitate unreasonable work hours.
