Friendly culture and amazing program for new hires and interns

Cons

Focuses more on hiring interns and new full-timers. Does not do enough to keep engineers in the mid 3-7 year range. Low bonus. and salary is mid tier and not all that great.

The coworkers at your level and project managers are approachable. Good variety of work.

Cons

Laid off after less than 6 months with a lot of other short term hires. Company allowed a large hiring burst without considering market or work availablity. Wouldn't want to go back
