1. You may get good salary if hired for good client. 2. Flexible office timing. 3. If your client is good then every thing goes good for you. 4. Could be good for support and tester role. 5. Entertain social activity. 6. Wide cafeteria available.

Cons

1. It is not company for developer choice. 2. No transparency in management and not cash reach company . 3. Developers are not encouraged or basically it is manager, HR driven company. 4. Cheap HR policies and high cost-cutting throughout. 5. They do body shopping . 6. Recruiters tell a lot lie before joining so please verify it before joining.
