Business Outlook
Pros
- Great people; very very helpful - Gives chance to young people to grow and learn - Easy to shift across departments - Comparatively small company but is pretty big in the Oracle-JD Edwards space. So you have access to a large Oracle Partner Network
Cons
- very bureaucratic - there are people who have been around for many years and don't really feel like they need to prove themselves anymore - doesn't pay well, AT ALL! - It has a very bad 'email culture.' So just because someone has 'sent an email' they feel their obligation to solve the problem is over It has since been taken over by KPIT-Cummins. So things might change but KPIT-Cummins seems like just a larger version of SYSTIME. Only time will tell if things change for the better
