      Here at KPIT, everything is done onto system, thats why we are always getting chance to do anything on our own, and not our Leaders, Timelogs, Leaves, Other Requests, shift allowance, etc. we follow "If No one can do, You must Do" attitude over here

      Cons

      People over here are so liberal, so it leads to lack of discipline and Professional sense and ethiqs. and no transperancy in commitments. 90 days notice period.

      1. The knowledge what you get in this company is immense 2. Not in all the companies you will get the seniors who can help you out if we are facing difficulty in understanding the concept 3. The work and domain knowledge what you get will uplift you to the great heights in future

      Cons

      1. If you are working for the salary I recommend this is the not the company for you guys 2. If you have any problem with the food or the cab and if you go to concern people you may end up in dissopointment
