Pros

Team members are humans. They understand each others. Diwali holidays, Christmas shutdown(if we work on Saturdays)

Cons

Very bad management and they don't care about personal life. Eventhough leaves are planned and informed well in advance, they will cancell leave application saying project situation. Management needs to be improved a lot. Most of the time they give false promise to client.

Cons

Internal processes can be slow, workload varies by project, communication gaps at times, and administrative tasks may take longer than expected. Salary package is not competitive for the skill set required and compensation growth is slow.
