Pros
It was a great opportunity to get into the IT consulting space. I learned a lot during my position at the company and was exposed to several different technologies.
Cons
The company did lack structure at times and training. Sometimes we were thrown into situations without being briefed on exactly what the overall project was about or what we were trying to accomplish as a team.
