If you have good doted tongue. Then you can get good appraisal.
Cons
Very Low pay scale. Only good for freshers who are not able to get job and not have knowledge. No value of skilled employee. KPIT employee means working as labour. unable to feel like skilled technical person. Very poor management. Too much politics. They also not arrange coffee machine on the floor for staff. It’s like very small scale low budget company.
