Pros
1) Few good folks from whom actually one could learn something.
Cons
1) Quality of projects is poor. 2) Does not deliver quality projects, most of the time customer is not satisfied. 3) Work environment is not good. 4) Lots of politics. 5) Focuses mostly on it's Automotive vertical 6) Does not pay according to the industry standards 7) 3 months notice period, won't let you leave even if you have cleared all the dependency. Rather than letting people go, they are forced to do new development. 8) People are forced to work on the stuff that they actually don't want to. Personal advice, read all the policies properly before joining.
