You get trained in a very tough way through projects, so you progress very fast until certain level Correct payment and bonus is better than other big 4 Good exit opportunity if you manage the path properly

Cons

Very hierarchical You basically do not have much interesting things to learn after 3 years Lack creativity and in reality, do not seem to encourage much creativity at work

Pros

Giving good opportunities to learn basic financial statements especially for people without financial backgrounds. It is also a good starting place to train for client interpersonal skills and how to fit in Chinese business norms. Good step stone into internal audit, corporate accounting, banking, consulting.

Cons

Low compensation and high working hours; limited learning after 1~2 years as work becomes redundant. Culture within the firm is very hierarchical; it is difficult for expatriates to work in the environment.
