Pros

Seniors are professional and competent. There are always businesses to do because they are Big 4. The company doesn't fire people unless extreme cases.

Cons

See bleak future here. May have to stay for many many years to climb up the corporate ladders. To become a manager it may take 5 years. To become a partner it may take 20 to 30 years years.

Pros

- Strong audit (metals and mining, utilities and medium size entities; former head of this department is now the head of the firm ) and TS (former head of TS is the head of advisory now) - Brilliant education program (including western coaches) - Office in City (hard to drive but there is a lot of space and parking; very good canteens and all other infrastructure)

Cons

- Advisory and valuation are not so strong (advisory recently has been changed completely again; valuation has 2-3 very specific partners) - Oil & gas audit (only Lukoil) and banking (nothing serious at all) are not so strong - IT consulting is also very small
