Pros

Great exposure, lots to learn. Great launchpad for one's career. Consulting profile offers a lot of variety and intellectually challenging work. Also, there are a lot of nice people in the company, very capable and very humble. Although, a few can be total jerks.

Cons

KPMG is not a great paymaster. Work load can be very high at times depending on which team you work for. However, there will always be opportunities to balance the load and chill at times. Overall, its a second tier consulting firm, much behind a Mckinsey, BCG or Bain. Also, employees have little say in top management decisions.

Cons

Benefits given by the company, ability to expand into various types of work - very limited in terms of offerings to clients by senior management
