Pros

Travel opportunities are available Strong work ethic (mostly) Goes out of the way to be an employer of choice Takes "soft skill" training very serious (perhaps at the cost of technical training)

Cons

Very dependent on which country you work in Leverage of global expertise very limited Long hours expected Staff aren't always knowledgeable of the basics (i.e. they rise to a manager level to quickly without having experienced a lot of the practical aspects of the areas they are consulting in or auditing)
