Pros
Creative bar set high. Engaging accounts. Nice group of (non-sr management) folks. Accounts in professional pharma space, along with cosmeceutical work. Collaboration with UK. Broadening work platform.
Cons
Top management very poor. Disrespectful, cold, and workhorse environment. In spite of dedicated professionals' best efforts, top management came down with an iron fist, and readily used humiliation as a management tool. Time management an issue with understaffed resources.
