Working at KSA is incredibly rewarding, primarily because our leaders demonstrate our core values of service, integrity, and value by their own daily example. Our core values are the standard for how we treat our clients and each other. It's great to be part of a team that genuinely cares about its work and its people.

Cons

We’re committed to the missions of our clients, but most of them are in the federal government. The unpredictable federal budget process and contracting bureaucracy makes small business long-term planning a challenge.
