Pros

KSA is a small Veteran owned services business who cares about their work force and customers. They listen and strive to do things better for the entire team.

Cons

Like any small and mostly Federal government vendor, they ultimately can only grow and expand as market forces will allow. They do well at this, but it's a fact of life for Federal services contractors.
