Pros
Your accomodation in the same workplace with AC and electricity "free". Sometimes they give a food. No tax. You are allowed a visa with the family you work for to a country they travel to. They pay for a flight ticket for you every 2 years if you travel on vacation for 2 or 3 monthes.
Cons
The weather is very hot in some cities especially the capital. Most salaries are considered to be of little value, and your salary depends on your nationality. There's racism in dealing with poor workers. Prices are high, especilly car fuel and electricity bill. Not allowed to move or work anywhere other than where you came from. You have no right to have anything but a phone, clothes and a car. You can't marry a saudi woman. If your wife and chidren with you, you'll pay a high fee for each of them every year.
