Red Flags Flying!!

Pros

The People I worked closest with, the salary and the job itself was (were) what someone would want.. a real keeper. Based on these elements alone the rating for the company would have a 4 easily.

Cons

Communication with remote management was horrible. Take a broken HR system, add a trigger happy CEO and you've got a recipe for disaster. Blind sided by accusations that could have easily been proven false the result was embarrassment on both parts, an undeserved black mark on a career and disruption nullifying months of progress on a federal project.

fantastic salary easy commute great benefits/training opportunities very nice staff

management is not quick to act when bringing up concerns no room for growth at all
