Great people to work with. The safety culture is solid, and something you can get behind. Most customers are a pleasure to deal with.
Cons
45 minute commute to and from work. Job duties continue to pile on. Unclear path to the next step or promotion. The learning curve for technical positions is rough, it is sink or swim as official training and smooth transitions are very rare.
