      Great benefits. Good pay. Nice people. Overtime. Direct hire.

      Cons

      Poor training and communication. Long outdated technology. Mandatory overtime. Very strict attendance policy. Hire direct and through temp agency. Constantly poor quality control.

      Pros

      Many opportunities to learn from and work with some great people. There are times where you can be working on large projects with a lot of responsibilities. Good benefits, workout room and cafeteria.

      Cons

      There can be some long workdays. Good work can go unappreciated. Mid-upper management is out of touch with their associates. Many good employees leave to leave for better paying jobs or to further their career.
