Pros
Good work environment, lots of good, friendly people. Benefits are outstanding. The company is big enough so there is opportunity to grow into different roles, but small enough that you get a lot of good experience in a sort amount of time and can be involved in a number of different types of projects. KTH is very strong in up-to-date robotics.
Cons
Salaries are not competitive with the market, and it has been this way for years. They are used to college grads gaining a couple of years experience and leaving for better pay.
