* Lots of hands on assignments * Get to know how Honda part are * Will become root cause analysis master * How process and Quality department works * Learning depends on you, you can do whatever you want
Cons
* Every single day there is somebody absent and you have to do their work. Once in a while it is okay but everyday it is not good at all * Worst manager, very bad mouthed person. He comes angry every day to work * Lots of weekend work, sometime it feels like you belongs here only. No personal life
