One of the only places you can make 50k a year to start with no experience or a degree.

Cons

2nd shift works 10 hour days during the week and another 8 hours almost every Saturday. Good luck having a life…..

Excellent benefits and pay. Management is great and helpful.

Cons

Lots of overtime. Most days are 12 hours including weekends. Training could be better. Machines are always breaking down.
