Everyone is friendly and always willing to go out of their way to help. Since I started in 2011, the execs have actually changed the culture and made it more warm and friendly, they talk to you like you are a person who has an opinion that actually matters. We're all working toward a common goal and cheer for one another's victories. I enjoy my coworkers and daily interactions I have with them. Our transition to work from home was easy and has honestly made my job easier. I can better balance home and work life, although they can somewhat blend. I think KVC is a great place to work and it's because of the people we employ.
