      At KVC it is a connected working environment. The atmosphere is positive as well as coworkers and supervisors lift you up and truly care about one another. The organization will train employees to ensure they feel comfortable working the floor and in different roles. There is career growth opportunities within the organization. At KVC you are making an impact daily in the lives of the patients.

      Pros

      Everyone has been so uplifting and supportive! I truly enjoy coming to work and feeling like we all have a purpose. Everyone I've met has been so friendly and accepting of others - which is something I have looked for in every job I've held! They have great benefits and we accrue PTO fast since we don't get holidays off. Overall, supervisors are flexible and understanding!

      Cons

      No holidays off, but you can request the day off and use PTO. Pay isn't the best, but it's decent. Be prepared to be mentally exhausted after your shifts though - it is a hard line of work.
