I started recently as an administrative assistant and immediately felt welcomed! The training process was lengthy but there is a lot to learn about the company! I love the flexibility this job gives and the work-life balance my position allows. The supervisors, CEOs, and executives are great and always willing to listen and answer questions. I love the PTO and holiday benefits as well, I never have to stress about missing important time with my family! The thing I love the most about my job, is getting to make a difference and being a part of something bigger than myself! It is refreshing to work with likeminded people who see this company as more than just a paycheck.

Cons

The only thing is, the medical benefits are a little pricey for not that great quality. I opted out of the medical due to this issue.
