I've really enjoyed the work life balance that I've gained by coming to KVC. All of my coworkers have been very helpful in teaching and training me to be the best that I can be. My supervisor is awesome at providing insight that will help me look at things in a different perspective. I feel empowered to ask questions and the feedback given helps me build on my work.

As community based services worker, it’s fulfilling being out in my own community working with clients to help them make positive changes and improve their lives. The flexibility of the job is something that is hard to find anywhere else. My local KVC team is like a family and it makes the job even better. I truly enjoy where I work and what I do.
