      Pros

      The work is very rewarding, the company offers good benefits including affordable insurance and PTO. The environment is very supportive and inclusive. There are many opportunities to learn and grow within the company and career-wise.

      Cons

      This can be a stressful job at times but coworkers and management provide a lot of support and it isn't any more stressful than other mental health organizations.

      making a difference in the lives of children

      Pros

      Doing life saving work for children during a mental health crisis. Flexible work hours. Management team that cares about their people and the mission.

      Cons

      hard to sometimes listen to the sad things children have been through.

      Pros

      This is a good place to build a foundation to get your foot in the door in the field. The staff are welcoming and available to help and have a "we are in the same boat" mentality.

      Cons

      Case loads are high and the work can take you all over the state.
