      Pros

      Working at KVC has given me a professional career with growth opportunities and immense personal fulfillment and happiness. I am proud to work at KVC and feel like my job allows me to make a positive difference in our communities. Of course, working at a nonprofit serving in child welfare and mental health brings stress and difficult circumstances but it is manageable and comes with great feelings of belonging, purpose, gratitude and job satisfaction. I also really enjoy everyone I work with! Coworkers are understanding and thoughtful toward one another and we allow time for fun mixed in with all of our hard work.
