I chose this job initially because of my interactions with the 2 supervisors at the time. They continue to have great hourly pay for the area, cheap Spira Care insurance options (amazing facilities and providers!), tuition assistance and many fun events.

Some great reasons to work at KVC is that KVC is a huge family and a great team, KVC has values, Integrity and Morales. As a case manager you work with parents reunite with their children and help support families and guide them in the right direction.

Cons

The hours can be a struggle. The secondary trauma that you endure is a struggle.
