      KVC Nebraska is the best place I have worked in the helping field. This work is HARD! KVC Nebraska cares about its team members. And team members care about each other. This is openness for ongoing improvements and opportunities for team members to share their ideas. They really want to do the BEST work.

      KVC has become a second family to me, corny I know, but I’m speaking from the heart. Being a newly licensed therapist, you need all the support you can get, and that’s just what I got with my team. They give me grace, constructive feedback, and kindness. KVC Nebraska has continuously amazed me on all levels through my connections professionally and personally, allowing me opportunities to advance my career.

      Pay is low, but about right for a nonprofit for this type of work.
