Supportive coworkers Flexible PTO Competitive pay

My work involves a lot of paperwork. I am also responsible for talking to parents and social workers to get information on the clients in their care. I complete Utilization Reviews with insurance companies, to ensure that the clients stay is covered by insurance. I work with the client's on completing admission and discharge paperwork. I also transcribe for weekly Treatment meetings where the therapists, milieu managers, and nursing staff get together to brainstorm any problems the clients might be facing, and therapeutic ways to address those issues. The job is not necessarily hard, but it does require a lot of attention to detail. The most rewarding part of the job is to see the children improve through their stays. This company is very supportive of it's employees. My supervisor has been flexible in meeting my personal needs. The work is rewarding and allows for personal growth. Co-workers are very supportive of each other. The company provided excellent benefits and competitive pay. I highly recommend KVC Health Systems.
