Pros

There is a culture of kindness and care for others. Supervisors make an effort to support staff. Employees are given plenty of PTO. We have the privilege of caring for kids in need.

Cons

Sometimes the work is stressful because we work with kids who have been through difficult and painful situations.

-room for growth if you work on the floor -willing to work with you on pay, hours, and time off -currently working on retention and have been setting up activities for staff to boost morale -opening up new positions which provided more opportunities

Cons

-hours, if you work on the floor, you are required to work a weekend because the hospital is open 24/7 -high stress when working on the floor for jobs such as BHT, safety, and nursing -pay could be better! -still needs a lot of work for retention
