It's great to hear that we're doing well in some areas - mission, leadership and compensation - but it's also reasonable to expect that there are areas where we can improve. We wish you had specified your location or department so we can implement some targeted improvements, but even without knowing specifics, we can take your suggestions about management and follow-through to heart. We'll continue working to improve at this level of mentoring, coaching and supporting staff.

Throughout 2016 and 2017, we've made many improvements to ensure KVC is a great place to work. We're still improving every day thanks to feedback from people like you. For example, in regards to your advice to be more present, we have increased staff and leadership in several areas. This is helping us provide effective, quality service to children, adults and families. We wish you the best in your future.
