The people at KVC are very passionate about their work and engaged in enhancing the lives of the families that we serve. Management really emphasizes self care and encourages regular practice of taking time for yourself. There's room for growth and expanding your knowledge and co-workers are genuine and an excellent source of support.
Cons
Working at KVC can be challenging and demanding at times because the work that we do is very tough and there isn't always a clear cut solution. It often requires long and late hours and is very emotionally taxing.
