So many benefits to working at KVC, one highlight is the flexibility of my work schedule. I’ve never worked in a more supportive and inclusive environment. The pay is great and the benefits are abundant. I could go on and on with the pros of working at KVC.

Cons

The nature of the work can be overwhelming at times.

Pros

Working at KVC has been very rewarding these past 2 months. It's meaningful to know my supervisors care about my work day and ask constantly how I'm doing. My coworkers are great to work with and we really do have a teamwork atmosphere here. The pay could be better but sometimes you overlook it because the clients are so amazing to work with.

Cons

Would like better pay/ compensation.

Supportive leadership, constant training and advancement opportunities, and flexible schedules. KVC Kentucky lives out its values and mission everyday! I have never felt more supported and valued in a job than I do at KVC KY. KVC KY puts families first, not just the ones we serve but employee families as well.

Cons

Pay isn’t the best but certification and training opportunities make up for the low compensation.
