KVC Health Systems reviews

I've been with KVC for 20 yeas (in my current position for 15). I absolutely love my job. I am behind the scenes, but I feel it is part of my job to make life easier for our social workers so they can focus more of their attention on helping the children and families. I have such a supportive team, and our director brings out the best in us. There's no such thing as "that's not my job". We all help each other anyway we can. We are more than coworkers; we are friends and family. While the job can be stressful, and at times heartbreaking, I honestly can't imagine working anywhere else. It is extremely rewarding.
