Thanks for taking the time to provide some feedback. We're sorry to hear that you had a negative experience in regards to your training, workload and the speed of mileage reimbursement. We are committed to making KVC a great place to work. Many people have a wonderful experience working here and stay for 10 years, 20 years or more. But when people don't have a wonderful experience, we want to know that too so we can learn and improve. Social work is an inherently challenging field with a turnover rate that is higher than some other fields. That said, we have made many improvements in the last 1.5 years and we've seen the impact of those changes as our retention rate has increased dramatically. We regret that these improvements didn't reach you before you moved on to a new role, but we wish you the best in your future.

KVC does offer a range of healthcare plans that are robust and highly competitive with other organizations. Here are a few reasons why we are proud of the healthcare plans we make available. (1 )KVC offers 3 medical plan options. Only 15% of like-size companies offer their employees 3 or more options. (2) KVC offers a $500 individual deductible medical option. Only 27% of surveyed employers offer a medical option with less than a $500 deductible. Our insurance broker has very few employer partners still offering a $500 deductible plan option. (3) KVC contributed over $500,000 last year to reduce the cost of health insurance for its employees. (4) KVC pays the full cost for employees' dental, life/AD&D, short-term disability and long-term disability coverage. This is very unique among employers. As you mentioned, we recently increased pay for employees who provide transportation. We will continue looking for ways to make KVC a great place to work and hope you will continue being part of the team for years to come!
