Business Outlook
Pros
The people who work here really do care to train and equip you with the tools to succeed in your job. The facility is beautiful and is built for the safety of the clients and employees. I appreciate the attention to detail within the department and am grateful for the opportunity to work for KVC Health Systems and Children's Mercy.
Cons
Some discrepancies between night and day staff and learning curves to be expected with opening a new hospital. The staff are helpful and will work with you though. Also, the compensation for working holidays is less attractive than previous employers.
