I never knew there was employment out there that did just see you as an employee. All KVC staff listen and are very understanding. My job as a case aide makes me feel like I am helping people and making a difference. My training at KVC has been informative and thorough. My colleagues are supportive and helpful. My supervisor has been very understanding and supportive with the goals I have set for myself at KVC.
