      Pros

      They care about you as a person and make sure that you take care of yourself. They have a strong sense of compassion and a desire to help people.

      Cons

      Being part of a new program has its challenges. Not fully knowing what to expect each day or for the specific role I'm in is difficult, but with time I know that will get resolved.

      Pros

      KVC fosters growth both professionally and personally. I feel valued and cared for by management and by my coworkers. KVC fosters collaboration and continuous learning opportunities. They compensate for mileage for traveling to clients houses, and they have great benefit packages to choose from. I have loved working with my supervisor, she checks on me constantly and works on team building activities with me. This has made me feel valued and appreciated. It is obvious how much KVC cares for the families they work with, the people they hire, and the impact that they have on the families they work with.

      Cons

      Time and travel are a lot, however, they clearly defined what my job was going to entail as far as the hours and schedule that I would have.
