Pros

I have felt totally accepted and supported since starting with KVC. My direct supervisor is incredible with helping me navigate the challenges of starting a new role. My position allows for flexibility in making my schedule work for me.

Cons

I had better pay offers that I rejected due to my passion for this clientele. I wish that the pay was more competitive so more mental health professionals would choose this line of work over private practice.
